Every Paragon project starts with an in-home consultation with Paragon Contracting owner Cary Bergstrom. Together, you’ll develop your goals for your project, whether you’re intending to sell in a few months or looking forward to staying in your home for another 10 years. During the initial consultation, you’ll discuss the challenges you have with your current space and what you want in your new one. Cary will mold your ideas into a project proposal that will increase your space’s function and beauty. He’ll also recommend finishes and products that fit your budget and lifestyle.

After your in-home consultation, Cary will draw up a budget for your project that includes the estimated costs for finishes and components. Once you approve the initial budget, he will draw up a specific proposal with line-item materials. You’ll know exactly what your project will cost and when it will start and finish.

Once your contract is signed, work begins on your project. Cary pulls permits and schedules inspections as needed. Cary is on-site daily to oversee the work and manage the Paragon team working on your project. You’ll be constantly updated on the progress of your project. If you are living in your home during the project, Cary will ensure work starts and ends on your terms. The Paragon team works as cleanly and dust-free as possible.

Once the work on your project is complete, Cary will walk through your new space with you. If anything seems amiss, we’ll correct it before wrapping up your project.
